Assistant Vice President - Organizational Development & Learning

I built/developed the Organizational Development function within LCMC Health. In that effort, I deployed employee engagement surveys, created a New Leader Orientation program, and developed System values and behavioral expectations. I recruited / built a team of six - they have created leadership development curricula, provided consultative expertise, and developed community partnerships that have yielded Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Sterile Processing Technicians (SPTs), and Med Lab Technicians (MLTs). I'm also an adjunct instructor for Tulane University, teaching "Global Business" and "Introduction to Management."

What is one piece of media, culture, art, etc. that has changed your life?

When I was in middle school, I read "The Last Tsar" by Edward Radzinsky. After that book, I've read many other books about the Russian Revolution. These readings have influenced me tremendously- they have impacted my thinking about government, democracy, autocracy, and revolution.
