Lisa Morrison is Director of Finance of InclusivCare, a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center, with locations in Avondale, Marrero, Kenner, and Lafitte. Lisa is a graduate of University of New Orleans, where she received a BA in Business Management.

After graduation, Lisa went to work in the Hospitality Industry in New Orleans, where she specialized in Accounting as a Revenue Night Auditor. That eventually led to a twenty-three-year partnership with a prominent Hotel company and with positions such as Accounting Manager, Assistant Director of Finance, and Director of Finance. Lisa demonstrated solid planning and organizational skills in coordinating all aspects of a project from inception through completion. Well-disciplined and able to manage multiple assignments efficiently under extreme pressure and deadlines. After twenty-three years in the Hospitality Industry, Lisa decided to pursue a different career path.

Not sure how to change her career path, Lisa worked with an accounting temp agency to find her next opportunity, Health Care. Lisa Morrison was given the opportunity to expand beyond the traditional boundaries of accounting by creating initiatives to drive down costs and increase revenues and move into grant management. After InclusivCare relocated two locations and rebranded in 2019, she played a significant leadership role in integrating the financial and corporate planning functions for the four locations along with a financing strategy to reduce debt, increase cash on hand to purchase land for two new locations. Effectively communicates direction, commits people to action, and conveys complex information in easily understood formats.
