Eve Arnold is the Team Development Manager at AOS Interior Environments, a catalyst for the development and growth of the overall collective and each individual team member. Eve believes in connecting with each individual on the team to ensure we are utilizing their strengths while maintaining passion for their everyday work. She utilizes a combination of Human Resources practices and a strategic marketing mindset to implement policies, procedures, and tools that support a rewarding work experience, foster a rich culture, and help each team member personally connect to our overall mission.

After spending 10 years in the retail industry and six years at AOS, Eve has put into practice continually improving the employment experience for all levels of the team. She has been thoughtful in putting together a strategic team development plan outlining how we can achieve a psychologically safe working environment through conflict resolution. She also champions DEI initiatives across the team ensuring equitable access to perks and resources and schedules time to recognize and applaud completed projects through quarterly, team wide “sip + celebrates”.

Eve is an active member of the New Orleans SHRM Chapter and has served on the Membership and Fleurish committees with the Young Leadership Council. This year, she is thrilled to be co-chairing the largest annual fundraiser for Young Aspirations, Young Artists (YAYA). She received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in International Business from Loyola University New Orleans. In her free time, Eve enjoys cooking sample entry dishes for her Hogs for the Cause team (Chew Forks Farms), sipping bourbon samples from Left Bank Bourbon – a passion side project and utilizing her family’s Friends of City Park membership with her husband and young son.
