Elizabeth Ingram serves as Director of Regulatory of Strategy at Entergy. She is responsible for providing support to Entergy’s five regulated utility companies on a variety of policy matters related to emerging technologies and programs, including renewable energy, advanced grid, distributed generation and demand-side management.

Prior to joining Entergy in 2015, Elizabeth worked at Pacific Gas & Electric, a large investor-owned utility in California, and also spent several years working in utility-scale renewable development on the west coast. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in Government and Economics from The College of William and Mary.
