Christopher ‘Chris’ Francis

Regional Director

Chris Francis oversees all group and individual sales and service activities in the New Orleans region, as well as the strategic growth and retention of group and individual business for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. Prior to transferring to New Orleans, Chris was the Regional Director for the Lafayette and Lake Charles Markets and has been with BCBSLA for 15 years and has 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Chris currently lives in Baton Rouge with his wife of 30 years (Christie). He enjoys coaching basketball and learning to play golf.
