A native of New Orleans (who also identifies as a transplant), Brad Romig (he/him) is a values-driven people and culture champion with deep expertise in talent & leadership development, employee engagement, onboarding, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, talent acquisition, and program/project management. Brad’s core values of authenticity, responsibility, belonging, integrity, and compassion fuel his commitment to promoting belonging and driving cultural change within organizations.
Brad earned his bachelor’s degree in religious studies from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and his master’s degree in higher education administration from The University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Brad’s career includes 15 years in higher education in a variety of posts, his longest tenure (and catalyst to return home) at Tulane University overseeing orientation and leadership programs, and four years in healthcare at LCMC Health, where he currently serves as Director of Organizational Learning & Development. In this role, he champions cultural transformation strategies to create extraordinary experiences for 15,000 team members across nine member hospitals focusing on leadership and workforce development and employee engagement.
He holds coaching certifications from Gallup and the Association for Talent Development and is a certified Emergenetics, MBTI, and Core Strengths Results Through Relationships facilitator. Brad also serves as a national facilitator for LeaderShape doing his small part to help transform the world by increasing the number of people who lead with integrity™ and a healthy disregard for the impossible. Brad’s past community engagement includes the Young Leadership Council, St. Jude in the Big Easy, and the Human Rights Campaign, and he’s a graduate of the Touro Infirmary Foundation Rosenblum Health Institute. Brad is also a licensed REALTOR® and has enjoyed helping others navigate the complexity of home buying & selling for the past five years.
